Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are not completely happy, here’s how our returns and refund process works.

Standard Returns

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know if you’d like to return it.

  • We offer a 30-day goodwill return period on open edition prints and framed works (unlimited editions).

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Limited Editions & Custom Orders

  • Limited edition prints or personalised/commissioned pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Please check your artwork carefully on arrival. If there is a problem, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can put it right.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@michaelepton.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Unless your order is faulty, return postage costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved and issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at becky@michaelepton.com.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or damaged).

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
